• Home visit to a presumptive TB patient (scheduled for GeneXpert testing)

The successful launching of PuroKalusugan in Tibang brought essential health services closer to the community, promoting wellness and disease prevention for all 💙

- Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD)
- Tuberculosis (TB)
- Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
- Nutrition
• Medical Consultation
• Clinical Breast Examination (CBE)
• Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA)
• PhilPEN Risk Assessment
• Provision of Family Planning (FP) commodities
• Home visits for RR TB patient and stroke patient with NGT
• Nutritional Assessment of children aged 0–59 months
• First Quarter Nutrition Validation in coordination with MNAO
• Health and Wellness Zumba 💃
• Provision of maintenance medications to HPN clients
