A satiating meal has a good amount of protein & fat. Look into the nutrient composition to make it a banging meal!
Here is a sample: 2-egg omelette, with a chunk of cream cheese and a small handful of roasted pecans.
1. Eggs are a nutrition powerhouse. It contains 13 different vitamins and nutrients in each serving. They are a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamins A, D, E, and B12, antioxidants, and choline. This omelette's fiber content has been amplified with a 1/4 tsp of Kfibre which has been sprinkled as soon as the omelette has set.
2. Cream cheese is high in fat and low in carbs. A serving provides 10% of your Vitamin A daily intake.
3. Pecans provide a good amount of fat, protein, and fiber per serving making it a healthy and hearty addition to a meal or even as a snack on its own. It has loads of phytonutrients that have powerful antioxidant benefits.
