✨ SECOND TRIMESTER PAIN — WHAT’S NORMAL?

📌 1. Round Ligament Pain
Sharp or pulling pain on the lower belly or sides as the uterus stretches.

📌 2. Back Pain
Growing belly changes posture, putting pressure on the lower back.

📌 3. Pelvic Pressure
Baby gets heavier, causing discomfort when walking or standing.

📌 4. Braxton Hicks
Mild, irregular “practice contractions” that come and go.

📌 5. Hip & Leg Pain
Relaxin hormone loosens joints, causing soreness or instability.

📌 6. Headaches
Dehydration, hormones, and lack of rest can trigger them.

✨ Most second-trimester pains are normal, but seek medical care if pain is severe, constant, or paired with bleeding.
