Requirements:
📌 Certificate of Employment (COE) bilang Spa Therapist
(Position should be “Wellness Therapist”)
OR
📌 Barangay Certificate na nagpapatunay na nagbibigay ka ng Hilot/Massage Service sa inyong barangay (for home service therapists)
📌 2x2 Passport-size Picture

✔ Kung married ang OFW – maaaring mag-apply ang asawa (walang age limit) o anak (24 years old pababa)
