Dear Lifestyles Leaders,
Good morning! I hope everyone is healthy and happy. I wanted to reach out to you, as our leaders, and give you some news that affects our business. Due to the conflict in the Middle East the cost of fuel has gone up around the world dramatically. This is affecting our shipping costs from Canada all the way to the Philippines! Then yesterday we were advised by our Philippines delivery company that fuel surcharges would be added to the costs on all of our deliveries to Distributors โ the amount is substantial.
Unfortunately we have no choice but to increase our shipping/handling charges. As a result, effective Monday March 23rd, we are TEMPORARILY increasing Handling Fees to the following:
Per bottle: Php 80
Express: Php 2900
Instant: Php 5500
Please note: THIS IS TEMPORARY ONLY and if fuel charges are lowered or eliminated, we will reduce or eliminate this increase. However, also note that if the fuel surcharge goes higher, we may have to raise these as well. This is not something we want to do โ we are being impacted by global events that are out of our control.
Again, remember this is temporary and we hope to get back to normal as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
