If you experience bowel changes — whether diarrhea, constipation, or anything in between — try keeping a stool diary using the guide below.

✅ Record your bowel movement type, frequency, and appearance (refer to the pictures).
✅ Note if there is blood (red or black), abdominal pain, or any other accompanying symptoms.
✅ You may also take a picture of your stool, especially when it looks unusual.

Don’t be shy — these details help your gastroenterologist understand your symptoms and find the best treatment for you.

Remember: your stool tells a story about your health — so let’s keep track of it!

Happy Birthday, Mama Mary! On your nativity, we thank you for your guidance and protection. As a doctor named in your honor, I pray you bless me with wisdom and the grace to know what is best for my patients and their families. 🙏🌸

Holy Mother of God, pray for us.
Seat of wisdom, pray for us.
Health of the sick, pray for us.
Refuge of sinners, pray for us.
Comforter of the afflicted, pray for us.
Queen of peace, pray for us.

Thought to ponder…
Doctors are guides, not magicians.

A visit to the doctor does not automatically mean you will be well. As physicians, our role is to guide, advise, and recommend based on our knowledge, training, and your unique situation.
Healing is a partnership.
• You may choose to ignore the advice.
• You may decide to follow the advice.
• Or you may verify with another opinion to gain confidence in the plan.

What truly makes the difference is your active participation in your health journey—making informed choices, staying consistent with treatment, and committing to lifestyle changes.

Doctors walk with you, but you take the steps.
