GreenCity Medical Center’s TB DOTS Unit is proud to announce a new service now available: Stool GeneXpert.

This specialized diagnostic service is designed for pediatric patients aged 0–14 years old, particularly for children who are unable to produce sputum. It enables the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and identifies resistance to rifampicin, allowing for early and accurate diagnosis of tuberculosis in children.

The GreenCity Medical Center family proudly celebrates another milestone with the successful performance of its first Genicular Nerve Ablation using Cooled Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) last March 21, 2026.

This advanced procedure has shown superior outcomes compared to traditional treatments such as steroid injections, hyaluronic acid, and conventional RFA—providing patients with more effective and longer-lasting relief from knee pain. By creating larger and more consistent lesions, cooled RFA improves the accuracy of nerve targeting and enhances overall pain management results.

We are called to live each day with a heart that is watchful and ready, mindful that His return will come at a time unknown to us. In this truth, we are invited to remain steadfast in faith, to walk in righteousness, and to keep our spirits anchored in hope.

May we not grow weary, but instead continue to live with purpose—choosing love, practicing goodness, and trusting in His promises—so that when He comes, we may be found faithful and prepared.
