We are currently seeking a trustworthy and sharp-minded Sales Receptionist who is passionate about a client facing role in aesthetics and marketing.
𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:
𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒚: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies, combos, and promotional offers for our aesthetic services.
𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Engage with clients using effective sales talk to explain our services, address their needs, and encourage bookings.
𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aesthetic services offered by Lagú to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
𝑨𝒅𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈: Create and manage ad postings across various platforms, including boosting posts on social media to enhance visibility and attract new clients.
𝑪𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing exceptional customer service and support.
𝑻𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and aesthetic services to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔 𝑻𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒔: Assist in setting and achieving sales targets, tracking performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
𝑪𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑭𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘-𝑼𝒑: Conduct follow-up calls or messages to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
𝑭𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Gather client feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: Work closely with the aesthetic team to understand service offerings and collaborate on promotional strategies.
𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
▪️Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
▪️Strong communication skills with a knack for persuasive sales talk.
▪️Trustworthiness and integrity in handling client information and transactions.
▪️Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign boosting.
▪️Proficient in using META (Instagram, Facebook) Ad Boosting and other relevant tools.
▪️Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
▪️Passion for aesthetics and a keen interest in beauty trends.
