Achieving the best result for this case was not possible because we only did tooth #21 . The old filling fell off, thanks to the industrial adhesive (mighty bond) 🤣 it came in handy, it lasted for a few few days but the appearance was a mess. Esthetic restoration of tooth #21 followed by trimming and polishing of the contralateral tooth giving that fresh and more appealing look.
