𝗗𝗢𝗛 𝗕𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗗 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Effective March 9, 2026, the Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD) including its Provincial DOH Offices (PDOHOs) shall adopt the Compressed Four-Day Work Week as its flexible work arrangement.
With this, the DOH Bicol CHD shall observe a 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM office schedule from Monday to Thursday. In order to ensure uninterrupted public service delivery, an Officer of the Day (OD) shall be designated every Friday.
Meanwhile, the Bicol South Luzon Subnational Reference Laboratory (BSLSNRL) and the Public Health Preparedness and Response Unit (PHPRU) are exempt from the compressed work week and shall continue their normal operations while adopting energy conservation measures.
This is pursuant to the Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated March 6, 2026 where all government agencies are directed to strictly adopt energy conservation protocols.
