𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 – for achieving 106.31% access to Safe Basic Water Supply.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 – as the Province in Western Visayas with the highest coverage for Bakuna Eskwela 2024.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞– for meeting targets under the National Safe Motherhood Program CY 2024, with 93.43% Facility-Based Deliveries and 93.76% Deliveries by Skilled Health Professionals.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 – for its unwavering support to the National Voluntary Blood Services Program, achieving a 1.11% blood donation rate for CY 2024.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞– for its outstanding performance in achieving 37.74% coverage for PhilPen Risk Assessment among adults aged 20 and above.
𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 – for its support for cancer elimination as a Cancer Assisted Fund (CAF) and Cancer Supportive–Palliative Medicine Access Program (CSP MAP) site.
𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐚-𝐚𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐜, 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐢 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 – for successfully complying with HIV Treatment Facility certification standards.
𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐝 – for its support and commitment to the Population, Health, and Environment (PHE) Project.
𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚 – for meeting Level II Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility National Standards, and for being contracted under the Outpatient Benefits Packages for General Mental Health and Rheumatic Heart Disease (RF/RHD) services.
𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐛𝐚𝐳𝐚, 𝐁𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨 – for the consistent implementation of the Healthy Hearts Technical Package, achieving high service coverage, zero defaulters, and excellent BP control rates.
𝐁𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 – recognized as a Health Learning Institution, ranking Top 3 in the Healthy Schools Category.
