This activity is open exclusively to CCSJDM students and employees.

Services to be provided include:

* Dental check-up
* Tooth extraction
* Provision of free medications

Please note that slots are limited to 120 participants only.

For those who missed the previous medical consultation for OJT students, there will be a medical consultation tomorrow, February 05, Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN only.

The oral examination will take place on February 03 (Wednesday), starting 8:30 AM onwards, and is open to selected Grade 11 & 12 students only (as listed).

Dental forms are available at the School Clinic from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
