Huwag Magmukmok, May Solusyon sa Ngiping Bulok!

Paano nga ba nabubulok ang ngipin?
Nagsisimula ito kapag ang "plaque" ay nabuo sa ibabaw ng ngipin. Kapag kumain tayo ng mga "free sugar" ( mga pampatamis na nasa pagkain, at mga natural na sugar sa honey at mga prutas), kino-convert ito ng plaque sa acid na di kalayunan ay maaaring sumira sa ating ngipin.

Isipin mo na lang, kung ang dami mong " free sugar " na nakain? Tapos wala pang fluoride ang tootpaste mo? Ang malala, tamad ka pa mag toothbrush ... Say hello to TOOTH DECAY!

Ang magadang balita, ay pwede itong maiwasan:

- pag- inom ng tubig
- pag-iwas sa matatamis
- paggamit ng fluoride toothpaste
- pagsisipilyo ng 2 minuto
- pagbisita sa dentista

Kaya naman para laging HAVEY, Iwas sa Tooth Decay!

ORAL HEALTH CANNOT WAIT!

Protect yourself from the threats of various deadly viruses. Time is running out and we need to ACT NOW.

Philippine Dental Association is one with the country towards its goal of a healthier nation. Proper hand washing and sanitizing, wearing of facemasks and shields , keeping a safe distance from one another are the staples we have been all doing.

But there's one thing we might have been neglecting... our ORAL HEALTH.Proper toothbrushing with fluoride toothpaste, avoiding sweets, eating fruits and vegetables and drinking sufficient amount of water are the basic things to begin the habit of good oral hygiene.

Behind each facemask is a precious mouth and a smile that tells a story. Take good care of it NOW, the same way you do for the rest of your body.

When the time comes that the world re-opens, we shall uncover our mouths altogether and give each one the healthiest smile!
