My COVID EXPERIENCE :Thanks , God, Im alive, its my 2nd life now, I considered myself as PUI, (patient under invetigation) I passed all the signs and symptoms of covid patients.,in 5 days and thanks God of all the sign and symptoms only coughing that i din't experienced.
Im 53 years old, before I was 10 yrs.at the Manila Health Center as Med. Tech. I am into health and wellness industry fo more than 15yrs, I go to gym, so I think im healthy na hindi ko akalaiin na tatamaan pa ako "corona viirus" since i have no lab test. But 1 month before lockdowm my sched and energy is so high, im on the road 3x went Mindoro prepare inventory in preparation for the lockdown dun siguro bumaba yung resistensya ko
So here is my story,:
On the first night, March 24,2020. I PRAY to the LORD "Lord what's the message", I know YOU are with me pasing through this challenge. But, i have a WISH sana po ako lang in this house I have my two kids 1 grandson and my angel neice here in our condo in manila.
A week before march 24, i experienced loose bowel movement dryness of throat, feeling of lower back pain feelin flu but its just passing and does not progress. It was march 24, 2020 7:Pm when i feel tasteless, and had a fever of 37.7, that momment I isolated myself .
Here is what I Did on the 5 days Isolation: my intra session
-Steam inhalation 180 ml of boiling water mix with 60 ml of intra with 1 caps Of nutria.
-Intra tea - 1 cup ,boiled water with 60 ml of intra 1 cap of nutria , every 3 hrs.
4 gigger of intra( you can add more) and 4 caps of nutria every 3 hrs.
They say dont let your throat dry, kasi dun nag triger yung virus, i have a mixture of 60ml of intra and two caps of nutria in a bottle sprayer, so,that i can easily moist my throat and if there is itchiness or felling plegm on my throat i flush it out with i spray then drink luke warm water or Intra tea, instead of coughing it i sprayed and sprayed until the itchenes or the plegm goes down , drink luke warm water or your intra tea to flush it down

A mixture of intra and nutria for my nose and for my ear kasi yun daw and entry,point nila di ba, and i do this.3x a day i do the cleaning of my nose ears and eye drop then massage.
To lower the body temp a hot bath of intra yan yung pinang steam inhalation mo , then after yung haplas mo ng purong intra puede rin. im not against with paracetamol pero kung mapababa mo naman yung temp. on alternative way mas mainam, kasi no side effect.
I took FIBERLIFE it supply fiber on stomach on the time when I lost my appetite, parang kumain ka nyan kaya lang since the action of fiber is absorbtion on my stomach di ko masasabayan ng massive intra and nutria .
On the first night of march 24, I finish 1 bottle of intra
on the morning of march 25, 2020, i feel no apetite , bitter taste , and a little pain at my left ear and have inflamation on my throat the pain is 0-1 and feels a little bit like vomiting. but amazingly i can clean the room and i can do my online bussiness.
March 26, 2020 my 3rd day a little bit of sense of smell and taste
March 27, 2020 my 4th day my most challenging hours of my life From 7pm to 10 pm, i feel heaviness on my chest , my breath is not normal, i feel numb all over my body, i dont feel the cold of the aircon, the air of the electric fan kasi im looking for air,
I prayed hard Lord I want to breath but not in the hospital give me wisdom what to do, and i saw brown envelop i breath there ,we do that in the health center sa mga nag hahyperventillate, i lie down relax praying to the Lord , Lord is this my time ?can I request more? pero Ikaw pa rin yung masusunod.and if my time is now and i've done my purpose in life , please Im with YOU nag sory na po ako sa lahat, he he he Breathing in envelope i feel heat of my breath to my face para akong naka oxygen sabi ko Lord thank you for the gift of life. Feel relax for a minute took up from bed take a cup of intra, in my 15 years of taking intra thats first time i experienced i feel the heat of the liquid goin down through my stomach then i feel heat energy radiates all over my body goin up to my face. Mabilis lang yun. Yes Lord buhay ako thank you for my 2nd life.and i have a good sleep the rest of the morning.
On my 9th day I feells fully recoverd, here is the challenge my angel in the house shows signs and symptoms, mas malala yung first attack nya compare to mine, she has fever 37.8, feeling week, halos di makabangon , head ache, soar throath, and have a feeling of goin asthma atack ,she is asthmatic since birth, and her last attack wast sept of last year after giving her INTRA in 3mos. so i just instruct her my intra session and nutria ,and ask on call assistance of DOc. Rosal , since medyo complicado yung case nya, on the first day naregain nya strength on the afternoon,
2nd day di naman nag fefever ng mataas , she is ok
3rd day morning she feels of coughing and feels of asthma attack still have fever , i was panic and stress sabi ko if mag astma ka no choice tayo but to go to hospital ,then i notice that she does not follow my masive instruction of taking intra and nutria, mauubos pa lang yung 1 btl. so this time i increase her intra session with close monitoring , sumabay ulit ako sa kanya kasi im 3 days stress na feeling ko all my signs and symptoms bumabalik din , lost apetite , may tigthening on my muscles ulit ,,with all the prayers ,Lord i can do all things through Christ who strengthen me ! every 2 hrs intra session after 5 session, from 7am to 6pm she feels ok and feels no attack of astma and now shes on her
5th day di ko mapigilan she cleans the house sabi nya nakaligas sya sa virus ay baka sa inip sya mamatay. Kulit. Thanks God!
Sharing my testimonies that PRAYERS ,INTRA , NUTRIA , yung ilang capsule of Fiber ,water, fruits and kelangan ready yung soup mo na mainit kasi mag hahanap ka ng appetite on the 2nd or 3rd day importante yun to regain your resistance , Your immune system talaga ang papataasin the most effective way to combat the virus.
Early sharing of my testimonies not on our fully recovery, 14 days after the last show of sign and symptomps as per doc. Rosal info , ang tagal pa nun, ,and no the lab test , but how can we have the lab test still afraid of exposure and sabi moderate to severe daw yung mag test, the fact that we are on top of our strentngh today no signs and symptoms , I claim In the name of Jesus we are on our fully recovery , so kelan ko pa to isahare , every minute is impt.we can save many lives.
