Main Active Ingredients of Fern Active are:

Vitamin D has a huge impact on the health and function of our cells. Deficiency of this fat-soluble vitamin is a real cause for concern. Vitamin D deficiency has been found to increase the risk of heart attack, cancer, diabetes, asthma, and autoimmune diseases.

Optimum level: Around 50 ng/mL
