Today , Heavens poured down His blessings and the CSMC Department of Internal Medicine received a big part of this Grace! Not only ONE but THREE ! Thank you Lord from all of us!

Our Senior Residents:
1. Dr Louie Real - chief resident july - Dec 2024, together with his team mates from MMC and Rizal Medical Center of the Metro Manila cluster 1 , won second place in the 29th P*P Medical Quiz Contest.
2. Dr Albert San Juan - landed 3rd in the MOST OUTSTANDING RESEARCH AWARD (MORA)- SYSTEMATIC AND META ANLAYSIS CATEGORY
3. Dr. Pamela Gaerlan incumbernt chief resident 2025 , got the 5th place in the MORA - Descriptive Category.

To our CSMC family - thank you all for your support - with special shout out to the overall coach of Louie and Albert for the Quiz Bee contest, Dr Christian Punzalan , and to our subspecialty coaches Dr Nancy Garcia-Tan (Dermatology) Dr Harold Chui (endocrinology), Dr Sergie Fernandez (IDS),
Dr Hannah Sollano ( Rheumatology) and Dr Justin Regalado (Cardiology) . Thank you for making this happen. The FIRST EVER in the history CSMC IM.

Allow me to thank the Research Committee headed by Dr Louella Santos with the untiring support of drs Harold Chui , Jamie Co, Sherwin Sy, Flordeluna Mesinaand Mike dela cruz for their constant guidance to our residents to come up with excellent research outputs like these.
