We hope that you all have stayed well and safe. Thank you for your patience during these extraordinary times. As we are in general community quarantine, we will be able to accommodate patients at a limited capacity and limited procedures due to the additional safety measures we are implementing. The health and safety of our patients, staff and community remain our primary concern. We will open beginning Monday, June 8.
As we schedule an appointment for you or a family member, please be guided accordingly:
*All patients must have an appointment schedule. We cannot see walk-in patients at this time.
*We will be sending patients a form through VIber or email that must be completed and submitted at least a day before the appointment. This is mandatory, without which we cannot see the patient.
*If the patient has any of the following symptoms: fever, tiredness, dry cough, body aches and pain, difficulty in breathing, sore throat, loss of smell or taste, chills, kindly reschedule the appointment to a later date.
*If an immediate family member or household help exhibits any of the symptoms above, kindly reschedule the appointment to a later date.
*If the patient or parent/guardian is awaiting their covid-19 test result, has been exposed to a covid-19 person, or is positive covid-19, kindly reschedule the appointment to a later date.
*While in the clinic, please wear a mask, practice social distancing and sanitize your hands (up to the elbows) using the alcohol dispenser upon entry. A foot bath will also be in place as you enter.
We are limiting the number of persons within the clinic and we strongly discourage any patient companion and/or waiting in the reception area.
