STEP 1: Kumuha ng PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN)

✔️ Kung ikaw ay rehistrado na sa PhilHealth, maaari nang dumiretso sa Step 2.
✔️ Kung hindi pa, maaaring magparehistro sa:
• Online: PhilHealth Member Portal (Apply for PIN)
• Personal: Sa alinmang PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO)

STEP 2: Magparehistro sa PhilHealth YAKAP

Kapag may PIN na, maaaring magparehistro sa YAKAP sa mga sumusunod:
• Online: eGovPH App o PhilHealth Member Portal
• Personal:
– Sa alinmang PhilHealth Office
– Sa napiling YAKAP Clinic (Accredited Primary Care Provider)

📌 Tandaan: Sa pagpaparehistro, pipili ka ng YAKAP Clinic na magsisilbing iyong primary care provider.

🩺 STEP 3: Paggamit ng Benepisyo

• Magpunta sa iyong YAKAP Clinic para sa unang konsultasyon at assessment
• Ang laboratoryo at diagnostic tests ay maaaring gawin sa YAKAP Clinic o sa kanilang partner facilities
• Ang mga gamot ay irereseta ng doktor gamit ang GAMOT App at maaaring kunin sa kahit saang accredited GAMOT Provider o botika

We can only hope that someday people will know how dangerous these phrases really are.

While faith can be a source of strength, but it should never be used to shame someone out of getting help.

According to the Department of Health, at least 1 in 5 Filipinos are affected by a mental health condition in their lifetime.

Yet most suffer in silence because of the stigma, shame, or fear of being labeled “arte,” “emo,” or “mahina.”

Mental illness isn’t being dramatic.
It’s not a weakness.
It’s a real, treatable medical condition just like other conditions like asthma or diabetes.

Ayon sa pinakabagong datos ng Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) para sa unang bahagi ng 2025, ang sakit na kanser ay patuloy na pangalawang pangunahing sanhi ng kamatayan sa Pilipinas.

Sa paggunita ng National Cancer Awareness Month at World Cancer Day ngayong Pebrero, mahalaga na paigtingin ang kaalaman ng publiko tungkol sa pag-iwas, maagang pagtuklas, at paggamot ng sakit na kanser.
