This Year 2025 TEENdig Kabataan Youth Convention ended with flying colors highlighting the launch of TEENdig Kabataan! Kalusugan ay pahalagahan manual of procedures (𝗠𝗢𝗣) *✧･ﾟ:*
Through collaborative efforts, TEENdig Kabataan Youth Convention enhances youth knowledge towards adolescent health and development with this year's theme "𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫." ⛧•༶♛༶

Let's stand by each other to progress together for a healthier and empowered youth— A generation that are not just a dreamer, but also a doer, a changemaker, and a leader.

Naganap ang "Katatagan Caravan: Building Resilient Adolescents In Calabarzon" sa San Mateo National High School noong October 23, 2025, kung saan nagtipon ang mga kabataang estudyante sa Gymnasium kasama ang mga TEENDig Peer Navigators at Nurses, DOH Coordinators at SMNHS Head and Guidance Teachers. Kasama na rin ang minamahal na Punong G**o ng San Mateo National High School na si Dr. Elvira R. Conese. Ang event ay naglalayong bigyan ng kaalaman at inspirasyon ang mga kabataan tungkol sa kahalagahan ng mental, emotional, at physical health.🍃

Sa pamamagitan ng mga open forums at activities, natutunan ng mga dumalo ang mga strategies sa pag-handle ng stress, pagbuo ng positive mindset, at pag-aalaga ng kanilang kalusugan. Ito ay nagpasaya at nagpa-angat ng morale ng mga kabataan.🫂🗣️

Ang 𝐾𝐴𝑇𝐴𝑇𝐴𝐺𝐴𝑁 𝐶𝐴𝑅𝐴𝑉𝐴𝑁 ay isang patunay na ang sama-samang pagtutulungan at pagkakaisa ay makakapagbigay ng positibong pagbabago sa buhay ng mga kabataan.

September has been a time to acknowledge those affected by su***de, 𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘴𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦, 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘴, and 𝘴𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘬 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 around one of the most urgent mental health issues of our time— people who are fighting suicidal thoughts, lost someone to su***de, have attempted, have no one to talk to, and people who are afraid to speak up.

🩷 Always remember that you’re never alone in your battles, there’s someone out there who is willing to help you. We are willing to help you; make you feel comfortable, heard, and validated.

There were many interactive lectures and fun activities enjoyed by TEENDig Peer Navigators.
