LOOKING FOR MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (ANTI INFECTIVES /ANESTHETICS/ GASTROINTESTINAL)

OVERVIEW:
The person will be responsible for creating demand by promoting company products and maintain and expand business with existing customers and create new business opportunities in his assigned territory. The person will have to work under minimum supervision but should be able to manage his area of responsibilities and build good business relationship with his medical and trade customers.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly sales target set by the company.
2. Prepare monthly sales forecast with consideration of historical sales, market growth, marketing programs and sales target.
3. Call on medical and trade customers to generate prescription by promoting company products consistently and build and sustain good business relationship.
4. Open and maintain the required number of hospital accounts.
5. Execute and monitor the implementation of national and local marketing programs to ensure product presence and awareness and generate sales.
6. Manage sales collection and settlement of A/R of his accounts.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
At least 1 year equivalent working experience.
With excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills
Previous experience in pharmaceutical promotion/selling and other sales-related field is a huge advantage
