Eat with control. Part of a healthy diet is your enjoyment on indulging your favorite foods BUT, with moderation. Control on portions, frequency and type of food.
A best example goes with;
"Eating french fries π IN RIGHT AMOUNT, ONCE A MONTH is OKAY and more realistic on achieving/ maintaining desirable body weight."

Eat with variation. Eating variety of foods from different food groups enables you to receive necessary nutrients needed by your body.
Hindi mo pwedeng sabihin na kumakain naman po ako ng prutas. Lagi nga pong banana, apple on kaya po mangga. Kumakain din po ako palagi ng karne ng manok at pati po itlog.
Again, hindi po lahat ng vitamins and minerals na kailangan ng iyong katawan ay makukumpleto galing sa limitadong choices na iyong kinakain. Its should be a variety of choices from different food groups. (YES! Remember your GO, GROW and GLOW food) EXPLORE! It should not be "ito yung nakasanayan". You'll never know unless you try π€

Lahat ng sobra ay MASAMA. Recommended daily intake of each food and vitamins is necessary.
Hindi dapat SOBRA, hindi din dapat KULANG, DAPAT BALANSE, DAPAT TAMA.
Remember that balance is a MUST to be observe in achieving a healthy diet.
