Neurocritical Care Unit Opening.

Neurocritical Care Unit formerly Acute Stroke Unit, is a 4 bed capacity located at 2nd floor Annex building. The unit defined as a geographical location within the hospital designated for stroke and neurocritical patients who are in need of rehabilitation services and the skilled professional care that such a unit can provide. It is also defined as “a hospital unit that care for stroke and neurocritical patients exclusively or almost exclusively, with a specially trained staff and a multidisxiplinary approach to treatment and care”.
