Yesterday’s benchmarking visit of Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena (DLL) at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (PLSP) was made even more memorable by the PLSP Chorale.

With three heartfelt intermission songs performed at the University Library, the chorale brought harmony, artistry, and spirit to the historic collaboration.

Their music echoed the shared vision of both institutions—student leadership, growth, and unity.

With a solemn invocation and a heartfelt rendition of the Philippine National Anthem, the PLSP Chorale once again stood with pride and purpose as they proudly opened the celebration of National Arts Month with the theme “Ani ng Sining: Katotohanan at Giting.” This set the tone for an inspiring and meaningful event organized by the PLSP Chorale together with USP, PDC, and CIG this March 18, 2026. 🇵🇭✨

With every voice blending in unity, the choir brought a sense of honor and deep patriotism to the opening of this meaningful celebration. Their solemn yet powerful rendition set the tone for a day dedicated to transformation, community spirit, and cultural pride.

On March 17, 2026, the PLSP Chorale, together with the PLSP Dance Troupe, performed a cultural show featuring San Pablo City’s official dances during the 12th Commission on Volcanic Lakes Workshop held by the local government of San Pablo City at Auravel Grande Hotel and Restaurant. The chorale also rendered heartfelt OPM songs that deeply moved both local and international guests—bringing many to tears.

We are grateful for the opportunity to perform at such an esteemed event and to share the rich history and heritage of our hometown through our voices. We hope our performance made the workshop more memorable and allowed you to experience the beauty and stories of the City of Seven Lakes.

The PLSP Chorale is officially opening auditions for Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass from February 18 to March 06, 2026! This is open to PLSP students across all year levels and programs who have a passion for music and are willing to commit, be trained, and attend regular rehearsals for major events and competitions.

🎵 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐀𝐔𝐃𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:

✔️ Prepare two (2) acapella cover songs – one English and one Tagalog
✔️ Record your videos clearly (no musical alterations, voice manipulation, or tonal enhancements – raw voice only!)
✔️ Send your audition videos to the official PLSP Chorale page
✔️ Include your name, contact details, and a short self-introduction
✔️ Answer the Google Form after submission to process your audition

⚠️ Reminder: All audition tapes will be thoroughly screened. Entries must be authentic and highlight your natural vocal ability.
