Kasabay nito, ang Pihilippine National AIDS Council ay nagpapaalala na palaging gumamit ng condom at lubricants upang sa STIs at HIV, ikaw ay siguradong protektado.

Naksasalay sa iyo ang kinabukasan mo, kaya't maging responsable, maingat, at matalino.

With the theme “𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙁𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙮,” we are reminded to protect our heart through simple, everyday actions:

✅Check your blood pressure regularly.
✅Be physically active every day.
✅Eat right. Follow Pinggang Pinoy.
✅Do not smoke.

Small, consistent actions can make a big difference in keeping our hearts healthy.

NO MINORS DRIVING MOTOR VEHICLES POLICY

Mahigpit pong ipinagbabawal ang pagmamaneho ng mga minor de edad alinsunod sa umiiral na batas. Hinihikayat ang lahat ng magulang at guardians na mabantayang mabuti ang kanilang mga anak upang maiwasan ang anumang kapahamakan o aksidente.

Paalala rin po na may kaukulang parusa sa mga magulang na mapapatunayang nagpabaya, alinsunod sa Presidential Decree No. 603 o ang Child and Youth Welfare Code.

📢 PAUNAWA MULA SA RHU SAN PASCUAL 📢

Ipinapaalam po sa lahat na walang medical consultation at document signing sa Pebrero 16–20, 2026 dahil sa pagdalo ng ating doktor sa isang nakatakdang pagsasanay (training).

🩺 Walang serbisyong pang-emergency pagkatapos ng alas-5 ng hapon. Para sa agarang tulong, mangyaring magtungo sa pinakamalapit na health facility tulad ng CLDH o BMC.

📌 Magbabalik ang lahat ng serbisyo sa Pebrero 23, 2026 (Lunes).

Ipinapaalam po na narito ngayong linggo ang mga kinatawan mula sa PhilHealth Masbate upang magbigay ng tulong sa mga katanungan tulad ng:

The Municipal Health Office of San Pascual provided medical consultation services, upon request, during the Free Medical Consultation and Medicine Distribution Program conducted by the Mapanique Baptist Church on February 6, 2026, at the Mapanique Baptist Church.

The activity was organized by the Mapanique Baptist Church, with medicines provided by the church, and with support from the Barangay Local Government Unit of Mapanique, with due authorization for the participation of the Municipal Health Office from the Local Government Unit of San Pascual, headed by Mayor Saki Lazaro.

The Municipal Health Office continues to support community-initiated activities that contribute to the promotion of health and well-being of the people of San Pascual.
