🚨 PUBLIC ADVISORY: FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT ALERT

CEDRES hereby issues an urgent warning regarding a falsified Certificate of Analysis (COA) currently being circulated by an entity identifying itself as Wilsyezo Pharmaceuticals / Wilsyezo Wellness Solutions.

The fraudulent document incorrectly claims that CEDRES conducted quality testing for a product labeled "Tirzepatide PepSlim 15 mg/15mL Solution for Injection." Our internal audit and verification confirm this document is a forgery based on the following technical discrepancies:

EVIDENCE OF DOCUMENT FALSIFICATION:

• INCORRECT C.A. NUMBER FORMAT: Uses a "22-" prefix (2022) for a 2025 claim.
• SIGNATURE DISCREPANCIES: Dates are missing and signatories are no longer with the facility.
• REMOVAL OF RELEASE DATE: This field was erased to hide the original 2022 source data.
• OUTDATED COMPENDIAL REFERENCES: Cites USP-NF 2021 instead of current 2025 standards.

⚠️ PUBLIC SAFETY WARNING: The use of injectable products marketed with falsified laboratory records poses a grave risk to health. Since the COA for "Tirzepatide PepSlim" has been confirmed as a forgery, the safety, purity, and composition of this product are entirely unverified. We strongly advise against its purchase or use.

Ang dokumentong nagsasabing sinuri ng CEDRES ang produktong "Tirzepatide PepSlim" ay kumpirmadong FORGERY o falsified document. Base sa aming internal audit, hindi dumaan sa aming laboratoryo ang produktong ito para sa pagsusuri noong 2025.

EBIDENSYA NG PAMEMEKE:

• MALING C.A. NUMBER: Ginamit ang format ng record mula 2022 para sa isang ulat na may petsang 2025.
• HINDI PAGKAKATUGMA NG PIRMA: Ang mga pirma ay walang kasamang petsa, at ang mga signatory ay wala na sa aming pasilidad.
• WALANG RELEASE DATE: Sinadyang burahin ang field na ito para itago ang pinagmulan ng orihinal na record noong 2022.

⚠️ BABALA PARA SA INYONG KALIGTASAN: Ang paggamit ng mga produktong may pekeng laboratory record ay may malaking panganib sa inyong kalusugan. Dahil peke ang COA, ang kalidad at kaligtasan ng produktong ito ay hindi beripikado (unverified). Mariing pinapayuhan ang publiko na huwag bumili o gumamit ng produktong ito.
