Ang San Vicente MSWDO ay magsasagawa ng 4P'S INTERVENTION CARAVAN ngayong buwan ng Abril 2026. Kasabay nito, ang tanggapan ng Municipal Health ay magsasagawa ng PHILHEALTH YAKAP REGISTRATION sa nasabing caravan para sa lahat ng miyembro ng 4P's.

Inaabisuhan po ang lahat ng ating mga 4P's Members sa bawat Barangay na dalhin ang kanilang PhilHealth ID Card o Member Data Records upang mas mapabilis ang pagpaparehistro sa PhilHealth YAKAP.

Ang petsa at lugar ng gaganaping CARAVAN sa bawat Barangay ay nasa larawan sa ibaba.
