To those who are trying to upload their report today but received an “ERROR Invalid File Name” kindly do the following.

1. Change the date in your computer to July 30, 2025
2. Restart your computer
3. Open webserver > localhost > log in > change the transaction dates to any date of June 2025
4. Extract the file
5. Upload in EDPMS online

𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝗗𝗣𝗠𝗦 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱

The Pharmaceutical Management (PM) - Center for Health Development, Western Visayas will be conducting a meeting and updates on the Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System (EDPMS) with the Authorized Representatives of the Drug Outlets, Establishments and Hospital Pharmacies in Western Visayas on June 24, 2025.

Please note the following:
1. Representative should have at least basic knowledge on computer and internet operations.
2. Representative should be the one handling the EDPMS reporting of the outlet.
3. Post-test and pre-test will be applied.
4. Online meeting will start by 9:30 AM and will end by 5 PM.

No fees will be charged for the activity. Attendance to this activity is important to facilitate the implementation of the EDPMS and the processes related to it.

𝗧𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘁, 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹-𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺:
Form will be closed by 8:00 pm. Meeting link will be sent to the registered email addresses by 8:30 pm.
