​Today, make a conscious commitment to nurture your mind. Choose one of these intentional pauses—or one of your own—to invest in yourself:

• ​Carve out 15 minutes for a complete screen break.
• ​Intentionally reach out to connect with a friend.
• ​Step outside for a refreshing short walk.
• ​Take a moment to breathe deeply and recenter.

​Your health, including the state of your mind, is your most valuable asset. Take a moment to decide what one thing you will do for yourself today and embrace it fully.
