Onwards to the Future!

The Board of Directors presented the achievements and goals reached in 2025-2026 on the 22nd Annual Stockholders' Meeting last March 20, 2026 of Unihealth-Sta. Rosa Hospital and Medical Center Auditorium, in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

The Officers of the Board of Directors that were present in the event were namely: Chairman of the Board - Mrs. Corazon Abuel, President/CEO - Mr. Geronimo David, Corp. Secretary - Dr. Melchor Palogan, Corp. Treasurer - Dr. Rolando De la Merced.

The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee in collaboration with HRD implemented the Mandatory Eight Hour Orientation Training on Occupational Safety and Health (MESH) for new employees last February 26, 2026 at the USRHMC Auditorium. The reason behind this activity is that it is a requirement of DOLE that all workers of an establishment are task to attend MESH seminar. This is in compliance to RA 11058.

Our 3 safety officers and OSH nurse participated in lecture presentations of the modules. The activities included lectures on 6 modules, post test area inspection/HIRAC, post test evaluation, distribution of certificate of completion. The opening and closing remarks was delivered by Dr. Melchor Palogan, Co-Chairman of OSH committee.
