We are looking for Junior Quality Assurance Analysts! Please apply only if you are willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna, and are a graduate of Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Lab Technology, and Chemical Technology.
Only qualified applicants will be screened. You will be:
1. Responsible for personal and laboratory safety by strict implementation of GLP and cGMP.
2. Responsible for the preparation and proper labeling of all laboratory test solutions as per approved procedure.
3. Responsible for the proper handling and documentation of laboratory reagents, apparatus and instruments.
4. Responsible for the proper collection and storage of hazardous laboratory waste.
5. Responsible for the routine checking, maintenance and availability of operating procedure of assigned instrument.
6. Responsible for on time testing, proper documentation and on time submission of results including Out of Specification (OOS) laboratory results.
7. Responsible for routine physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, bulk/in-process products, finished products, Accelerated and Actual stability samples, validation samples, water samples and packaging materials.
8. Responsible for routine documentation and actual inventory of reagents, glasswares, equipment, and equipment accessories.
9. Responsible for the proper use and storage of QC Laboratory documents.
10. Responsible for the safety, cleanliness and orderliness of QC Laboratory Area
Performs other duties assigned by the QC Laboratory Head and QC Laboratory Senior Analyst to meet laboratory objective and target.

We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor who:

Is responsible for the strict compliance of their respective line to the established SOPs, GMPs, and Batch Processing Records and Batch Packaging Records.

Is responsible for the completion of production schedules in assigned section and supervises and monitors work of personnel in assigned section.

Checks and verifies all incoming and outgoing material sin their line in accordance to SOP and Batch Processing and Batch Packaging Records.

Performs all necessary IP monitoring in accordance to SOP and Batch Production Records.

Reconciles materials and products after each operation.

Complies assigned Batch Processing and Batch Packaging Records.

Coordinates with Line Engineer to attain target of assigned section and with assigned QAI for timely inspection and release of lines and timely settlement of quality held test issues.

Performs duties of Line Leader and dispensing personnel as assigned by Production Head.

Assists the Production Head in meeting the targets of the Production Department.

Performs the duties of compounding personnel upon training and qualification of Production Head.
