Good day! Here are three essential skin tips to maintain a healthy and glowing skin.

1. CLEANSE
Clean your face with a gentle cleanser not more than twice a day. Your cleanser should not leave your skin tight after washing.

2. MOISTURIZE
Keep your skin hydrated to prevent irritation and other skin problems. Choose your moisturizer depending on your skin type. A lightweight, gel type moisturizer is suited for those with oily skin while a cream type moisturizer will benefit those with dry skin.

3. PROTECT
Wear your sunscreen daily. Apply sunscreen with SPF of 30 or higher, fifteen minutes before sun exposure. Use your sunscreen even when spending your days indoors as UV rays can pe*****te glass windows.
