Job Position: Purchasing Officer

Job Description:
1. Perform inventory count
2. Check, organize and reorder stocks as necessary.
3. Inspect stocks and report inconsistencies if there's any.
4. Update and file management of all orders, payments, and received stock.
5. Reach out to supplier and delivery team as the need arises.
6. Recheck that all stock is properly packaged and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
7. Propose process improvements.
8. Other admin requests / paper works as the need arises.

Qualifications:
College graduate
With experience of 1 to 2 years on the related field.
Computer Literate
Adaptable to working environment

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8 hrs)

Compensation: Daily wage starting at P 500.

Benefits:
SSS, HDMF, Philhealth
13th month pay
Annual bonus
25 kilos of rice (Quarterly)
P 500 incentive for no late/no absent
Birthday leave with cash gift
Vacation and sick leave (unused leaves are to be monetized)
