Isasagawa ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Sto. Tomas, sa pamamagitan ng City Health Office, ang isang 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 sa darating na 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝟴:𝟬𝟬𝗔𝗠 – 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬𝗡𝗡 sa 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹.

Layunin ng programa na makalikom ng sapat na suplay ng dugo na maaaring magligtas ng buhay ng ating mga kababayan sa oras ng pangangailangan. Sinusuportahan ang gawain na ito nina Mayor Atty. Arth Jhun Aguilar Marasigan, Vice Mayor Catherine Jaurigue-Perez, at ng Sangguniang Panlungsod bilang bahagi ng adbokasiya ng lungsod para sa kalusugan at kapakanan ng bawat Tomasino.
