Isa sa mga paraan para alagaan ang ating puso ay ang pag-iingat sa pagkain ng mga maaalat. Ayon sa World Health Organization at Department of Health, hindi dapat hihigit sa 2,000 mg or 2 grams (katumbas ng kalahating kutsarita) ng sodium kada araw ang ating kinakain.

βœ… Ugaliing magbasa ng nutrition labels para mas maging aware kung gaano karaming sodium ang laman ng ating mga pagkain at upang makagawa ng mas malusog na pagpili para sa ating puso.
