👻 2nd Spooktacular "Trick or Treat" at Sara District Hospital🎃
Held on October 29, 2025, the SDH halls came alive with laughter and fun as our adorable SDH babies joined in the celebration with magicians, Mickey Mouse and a whole lot of treats🍭🍬

Participants wowed everyone with their creative costumes as awards were given for the Most Spooktacular, Scariest and Funniest attire among others.✨

The event was made extra sweet with candies, toys and a friendly horror room for kids. Truly a fun filled and magical Halloween celebration🎉

PUBLIC ADVISORY!

It has come to our attention that fraudulent activities have been carried out involving the misuse of DR. IRA HOPE MILITANTE's identity and the unauthorized use of SARA DISTRICT HOSPITAL' s official letterhead. These include the issuance of falsified medical certificates bearing Dr. Militante's name without her knowledge, consent or authorization.

We wish to emphasize that SARA DISTRICT HOSPITAL does not authorize, recognize or endorse any such documents or communications issued outside of our official channels and legitimate procedures. Any medical certificates or documents using our hospital's name or letterhead that were not processed or released by our authorized personnel are fraudulent, invalid and illegal.

The hospital is currently conducting an internal investigation and coordinating with law enforcement authorities to identify and take appropriate legal action against those responsible for these unlawful acts.

We strongly advise the public to remain vigilant and to verify the authenticity of any medical certificate or official document directly with the Sara District Hospital Administrative Office before relying on or submitting such documents.

If you encounter or suspect any fraudulent activity or have received suspicious documents claiming to be issued by Sara District Hospital, please report immediately to our administrative office for proper verification and action.

Your awareness, cooperation and vigilance are vital in helping us uphold the integrity of our institution and protect the public from deceitful practices.
