CAPSUNIANS, pahuway anay kita! This October
29–30, may 𝙒𝙀𝙇𝙇𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝘽𝙍𝙀𝘼𝙆 kita kay bisan bakod kapa, kinahanglan mo man japon sang tulog, kape, ag gamay nga peace of mind.

For two days, classrooms will stay quiet, Google Classroom will finally rest, and students can catch up on the sleep stolen by midterms. Because let’s be real, sometimes, what we truly need isn’t another extension, but a genuine moment of peace.

This wellness initiative encourages self-care, mindfulness, and holistic growth among students. It’s also a reminder that productivity should never come at the cost of one’s sanity. So instead of panicking over grades, Capsunians are encouraged to rest, reflect, and reconnect, with themselves and with life beyond academics.

Whether it’s a long nap, a coffee break, a walk outside, or just doing nothing at all, everything counts as healing. Because in the end, 𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙥𝙖𝙝𝙪𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨.

As the CapSU community takes this short pause, may everyone return recharged, refocused, and ready to rise again mentally stronger, emotionally lighter, and hopefully, with fewer eyebags.

So, Capsunians, this is your official sign to sleep like there’s no tomorrow, binge that long-delayed series, or spend quality time with friends and family. Pero reminder lang ha, wellness break, indi walwal break.
