We would like to inform everyone that we have been made aware of a fraudulent medical document circulating that falsely uses the name of DR. CHARITO R. DESACADA, including unauthorized and unfamiliar signatories. We emphasize that this document did not originate from our clinic and is not part of any officially issued record.

Please note as well that Desacada Skin Clinic is run by dermatologists and is not affiliated with UP-PGH or any of its departments.

Desacada Skin Clinic releases medical certificates, prescriptions, and official documents only through authorized personnel and legitimate channels. Any document not directly issued by us should be considered invalid.

We also remind the public that falsification of medical documents is a punishable offense under Philippine law. Any individual found responsible for the unauthorized use of our clinic’s name, the misuse of our practitioners’ identities, or the production of fraudulent documents may face appropriate legal action.
