The Ilocos Sur District Hospital Sinait (ISDH Sinait) was awarded a Three-Star Green Rating under the Green Viability Assessment System on December 1, 2025, during the 2025 Green Health Facilities Recognition event organized by the Department of Health's Health Facility Development Bureau (HFDB). The program seeks to recognize health facilities for their commitment to incorporating sustainability into their operations, reducing their environmental footprint, and enhancing the quality of service delivery.
