Educate, Empower, Protect.

Empowering the youth through awareness. The Local Government Unit of Sison conducted Municipal YDS cm U4U TEEN TRAIL yesterday October 28, 2025 participated by teens 15 to 19 years of age held at Women's Center Sison, Surigao del Norte. The discussion fucosed on the R. A 11930, HIV Awareness and Teenage Pregnancy Prevention.

The activity opened young minds that education is the first step toward protection, smart decision, safer and responsible choices.

Our heartfelt thanks to our esteemed Resource person for sharing your valuable time, knowledge and insights during the session. to DR. JOAN D. The Local Government Unit of Sison proudly supports the 2025 International AIDS Candlelight Memorial (IACM) — a powerful occasion to remember with purpose and act with courage. This year’s theme highlights the importance of remembrance, resilience, and leadership as we honor those we have lost, reflect on our progress, and renew our commitment to rise above adversity and lead with compassion and inclusivity in the ongoing response to HIV and AIDS.

In line with this observance, the 𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 will be offering 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗜𝗩 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 today.
Later this afternoon at 3:00 PM, LGU employees will gather for a Candlelight Ceremony at the Sison Teen Center.
