In the aftermath of the recent 6.9 magnitude earthquake, the emotional and mental well-being of our healthcare team remains a top priority.

We’re grateful to share that our Juan B. Dosado Memorial District Hospital staff has successfully completed a Stress Debriefing Session conducted by the USC Kauban Psychological Center Team.

This meaningful session provided our doctors, nurses, and support staff a safe space to process their experiences, manage stress, and regain balance after the challenges brought by the disaster.

As frontliners, we know that caring for others begins with caring for ourselves — mind, body, and heart. This initiative is a reminder that healing happens not only in hospital wards, but also within the hearts of those who serve.

Thank you to the USC Kauban Team for their compassion and expertise, and to every member of JBDMH for showing strength, openness, and resilience in these trying times.
