VACCINATION ADVISORY

👍 Maaari nang magpaturok ng 1ST BOOSTER SHOT ang may edad 18 pataas na kabilang sa Priority Group A1 hanggang Group C na lampas tatlong (3) buwan na simula noong natanggap ang primary series ng bakuna (2 doses for 2 dose regimen or 1 dose for Janssen).
👍 Maaari na ring magpaturok ng 2ND BOOSTER SHOT ang mga IMMUNOCOMPROMISED na may edad 18 pataas basta’t lampas tatlong (3) buwan na simula noong natanggap ang 1st booster shot. Samantala, ang HEALTH WORKERS (A1) at SENIOR CITIZENS (A2) ay maaari nang magpaturok ng 2nd booster shot basta’t apat (4) na buwan na simula noong natanggap ang 1st booster shot.
👍 Maaari na ring magpaturok ng 1ST BOOSTER SHOT ang IMMUNOCOMPROMISED *PEDIATRIC A3 na may edad 12 hanggang 17 basta’t lampas dalawampu’t walong (28) araw na simula noong natanggap ang primary dose (1st & 2nd dose) ng bakuna. Para naman sa *PEDIATRIC C o the Rest of the Pediatric Population na may edad 12 hanggang 17, maaari na ring magpaturok ng 1st booster shot basta't lampas limang (5) buwan na simula noong natanggap ang primary dose ng bakuna. *Kasama dapat ang magulang o guardian na may isang valid ID, dala ang vaccination card at birth certificate ng minor.
👍 Hindi na kailangang mag-rehistro ulit kung rehistrado na dati online sa Santa Rosa Vaccination Portal para sa 1st at 2nd dose.
👍 Kailangang mag-rehistro sa Santa Rosa Vaccination Portal kung sa ibang lugar nakatanggap ng primary series ng bakuna o ng 1st booster shot.
👍 Maaaring magwalk-in ngunit limitado lamang ang tatanggapin kada araw upang maiwasan ang overcrowding, at prayoridad pa rin ang mga indibidwal na tatanggap ng 1st dose at 2nd dose.
👍 Puntahan lamang ang kahit anong vaccination center na may schedule at ipakita ang inyong original vaccination card (hindi pwede ang scanned, xerox o picture) o ang inyong VaxCert (kung nawala ang original vaccination card) at Identification Card bilang pruweba na nakatanggap na ng primary series o ng 1st booster shot.
👍 Hindi tuturukan ng 1st o 2nd booster shot ang walang maipapakitang original vaccination card o VaxCert.

PAALALA!
👍 Para sa 1st dose ng bakuna, maaari nang magwalk-in sa vaccination centers na mayroong schedule basta't rehistrado na online sa vaccination portal.
👍 Para sa 2nd dose ng bakuna, pumunta kung saan kayo tinurukan sa itinakdang araw na nakalagay sa vaccination card.
👍 Limitado ang bilang ng bakuna kada vaccination center kaya mas mainam na sa umaga magpunta.
👍 Ang mga indibidwal na nagkaroon ng allergic reactions sa kanilang primary series ng bakuna ay kailangang magpakita ng Medical Certificate mula sa physician bago mabigyan ng booster shot.
👍 Ang Immunocompromised at mayroong Comorbidity ay kailangan din magpakita ng Medical Certificate mula sa kanilang physician kung mayroong recent attacks o exacerbation ng kanilang sakit.
