Ang Buah Merah Mix ay nakalagay sa isang Plastic Bottle na may powdered mix sa loob. Lalagyan laman ng tubig hanggang doon sa Mark ng Label, at pagkatapos i-Shake lang at ready na syang inumin. Ang Recommended Dosage ng Buah Merah Mix ay ang mga sumusunod.
Para sa wala namang sakit – uminom ng 1 Bottle Cap (1 takip ng bote) sa umaga, at 1 Bottle Cap din naman sa gabi. Para ito sa wala nmang sakit pero gusto lang maging healthy at malakas ang pangangatawan.
