It was a transformative experience for all of us when we converged at the 9th Bicol Mental Health Congress. Our very own OIC, Dr. Marla Litam, served as Guest Speaker alongside other esteemed Mental Health Champions from the Bicol Region. In addition, various health facilities captivated us with their imaginative mental health booths.

This gathering filled us with joy as we united to forge a more compassionate, brighter future for mental health in Bicol.

We reflected on a year of transformation and recovery as we revisited the accomplishments of the Residential, Outpatient, and Aftercare Program for 2023. It became an avenue to celebrate progress, share success stories, and discuss our ways forward. It's always a privilege and an honor for us to be a part of the incredible journey towards recovery of our clients and residents.

We facilitated the "It's OK to Say NO Drug Awareness Seminar" to San Roque Elementary School. Life skills to resist drug use were enthusiastically shared to the participants through an interactive, fun, and age - appropriate way.

We appreciate the warm support from the pupils, teachers, and Principal Generosa Monteroyo. Thank you for joining us in our quest to spread drug awareness. On to the next School!
