The general themes for HIV awareness are on the importance of screening/testing, addressing stigma, facts vs. myths about HIV, etc.

This will be used solely for information awareness on HIV and shall not be used for any other purpose.

Hindi lang basta “bahala na” pagdating sa panganganak, mommies!

Sa birth plan, puwede mong ihanda kung saan ka manganganak, sino ang gusto mong kasama, at kung paano mo gustong alagaan si baby pagkatapos ipanganak. 🤱

Ang birth plan ay hindi lang listahan ng gusto mo sa panganganak. Ito ay gabay para sa ligtas at maayos na pagdating ni baby. 🤰

Maaari mo rin isama rito ang mga detalye tulad ng:

➤ Kung sino ang gusto mong kasama sa delivery room
➤ Kung paano mo gustong manganak
➤ Mga plano sa pagpapasuso pagkatapos manganak

Sa ganitong paraan, maihahanda ang lahat para sa kaligtasan mo at ni baby. Mas ligtas, mas kampante, mas handa!

Nakausap mo na ba ang iyong midwife or doctor? Kung hindi pa, bisita na sa pinakamalapit na health center!

Ngayong huling linggo ng Oktubre, ipinagdiriwang natin ang Linggo ng mga Nars bilang pag-alaala sa Proclamation No. 539 noong 1958.

Isang linggo ng pagpupugay sa esensyal na papel ng mga Filipino Nurse na may di-matatawarang serbisyo sa kalusugan ng bansa. Sila ang puso at lakas ng healthcare!
