💥 Calf Raise Secrets: How Foot Angle Builds Your Gastrocs!

Want bigger, more defined calves? The direction your toes point determines which part of the Gastrocnemius muscle works hardest! Maximize your growth by rotating your feet:

1. Supination (Toes Pointed IN) ⬇️
Although this position targets the Lateral Gastrocnemius and is great for detail and balance, it is the least stable, which limits the heavy weight (load) needed for overall maximum mass.

2. Pronation (Toes Pointed OUT) ➡️
This stance focuses on the Medial Gastrocnemius (inner calf). Since the medial head is the largest, this is highly effective for increasing volume and building the "diamond" shape of the calf.
