With the recent threat posed by COVID-19 worldwide, we, the Association of Emergency Physicians in Eastern Visayas (AEPEV) regretfully announce that our upcoming 1st EMS Summit 2020 entitled “Beyond the Call of Duty” will be POSTPONED UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE. This is in accordance with the current advisory by the Department of Health to avoid crowded places in lieu with the recent local cases of transmission of COVID-19 in the Philippines. We advise the general public and the participants of this convention to abstain from going to crowded areas.

For those participants who pre-registered for our event, you may opt for a FULL REFUND of your payment OR choose to wait for further updates regarding the rescheduling of this event. Registration Process
Pre-registration starts February 3, 2020 to February 28, 2020 and regular registration is until March 13, 2020.
Pre-registration are entitled to a 20% discount while AEPEV members are entitled to0 25% discount. Registration is thru a ticket issued by the association which serves as well as your entrance ticket and entry to a raffle. Each ticket is prized as follows below:

On-site and non-AEPEV members

AEPEV members
- 1,125.00
Registration and reservation is thru AEPEV staff only through contact numbers written below or to any emergency resident/ EMS staff of the Department of Emergency Medicine of the Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center. No reservation will be accepted thru other means.
Payment is directly either thru the ticket issued by the association or to any emergency medicine resident/ EMS staff of the Department of Emergency Medicine of Eastern Visayas Regional Medical Center. Payment thru money courier can be entertained and it should be addressed to Ms. Katrina Gereña.
