July 18, 2019 – A Date to Remember
Exactly six years ago today, we opened our very first branch at Robinsons North Tacloban. With nothing but a strong belief and a heartfelt mission, we began our journey to uplift and empower the PWD Deaf Community—starting right in their local neighborhoods, reaching even the nearby cities and towns.
I witnessed firsthand the daily struggles of our Deaf brothers and sisters—some barely able to afford their personal needs, others simply striving to survive. That reality became our calling.
In less than a year of operations, we were overwhelmed by the warm support of the people of Tacloban. But just as we were gaining momentum, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Uncertainty loomed, bringing fear, trauma, and mental health challenges to many.
With the help of our Franchisor Maam Myrna Ybiernas, Yet, through grace and grit, we stood strong.
Today, as we celebrate our 6th Anniversary, our hearts are full of gratitude—to our hardworking staff and therapists, loyal customers, supportive community, and above all, to our Almighty God who has guided us through every step.
