Dr. Ray Louis Arcenas, dentist, conducted Basic Oral Health Care Education session for the Day Care pupils of Judge Antonio R. Montilla Sr. Elementary School (JARMSES).

Services provided included:
🦷 Fluoride application
🪥 Distribution of oral hygiene kits
✨ A hands-on toothbrushing session where the pupils brushed their teeth on their own, guided by Dr. Arcenas

The 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲–𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗻 conducted a meaningful Health Teaching Activity for the Elderly at Brgy. 71.

𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗕. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻, Barangay Captain, opened the program with a warm welcome, reminding everyone that health is wealth and encouraging the elders not to be complacent and to always take care of their bodies.

🩺 𝗗𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝘆𝗸𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗼 discussed Hypertension and Diabetes, emphasizing the importance of early detection, proper medication, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

🦷 𝗗𝗼𝗰 𝗥𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝘀 highlighted the importance of daily toothbrushing and proper oral care to keep our elders’ teeth and gums healthy.

RTR Medical Clerks also conducted Random Blood Testing for the participants.

The activity ended with the distribution of maintenance medicines and vitamins for the senior citizens.

Two batches of HIV Education in the Workplace sessions were conducted for the Local Government Unit Employees of Tacloban City, this session empowered LGU employees to be informed, compassionate, and proactive advocates of HIV awareness and prevention.

📣 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲 | 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟐𝟓: 𝟮𝟑𝐫𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 (𝗗𝗣𝗥𝗠)

The DPRM is held to cultivate a strong culture of research and research use among decisionmakers and the general public and improve the public’s research and information literacy of socioeconomic issues.

This year’s DPRM turns the spotlight on one of the most complex shifts shaping our world today - “Reimagining Governance in the Age of AI” (Muling Pagpapakahulugan sa Pamamahala sa Panahon ng AI).
