One of our participants shared something deeply touching after her Lakbay Sa Diwa Healing Ceremony experience:

She spoke about feeling detached from everything — not in a lost way, but in a liberated way. A sense of stepping back from noise, drama, and emotional weight. She shared that whenever something bothers her now, she simply returns to the wisdom of her plant medicine journey… and remembers that she is always protected, always guided, always loved. 🙏

Because let’s be honest…
Plant medicine is not just about “higher consciousness.”

It’s about 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆.
It’s about grounding.

Some ceremonies today happen anywhere — garage setups, temporary rentals, warehouses, random rooms converted overnight.

Not everyone who feels called is ready.
And not everyone who is ready needs to step in right away.

Plant medicine is not an escape, a shortcut, or a trend.
It is a 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 that asks for emotional stability, humility, and responsibility.

There are moments when the most caring answer is simply:

“𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝘁.”

Someone may not be ready if they are:
• experiencing acute emotional or psychological instability
• expecting the medicine to “fix” them
• lacking a support system for after the experience
• struggling with grounding and self-regulation
• unwilling to commit to integration and personal responsibility
• driven more by curiosity than sincere inner work

This is not judgment.
It is an 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲—for the individual and for the entire container.

Plant medicine does not choose the “strong” or the “weak.”

It reveals what is already present.

And without proper preparation, what arises can be overwhelming rather than healing.
True wisdom knows how to wait.

True strength knows when to say:

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀

The ceremony doesn’t end when the medicine wears off.
That’s actually 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨.

Insights, visions, emotions, realizations—
all of these mean very little
if they are not 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚.

Integration is:
• how you speak after the experience
• how you treat your body

🌿 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 🌿

Before any healing begins, there is one quiet force that shapes the journey — 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

Intention is more than a wish.
It is the inner compass that guides your heart, your mind, and your spirit toward clarity.

In sacred work, intention is the doorway.
It prepares the space within us to receive insight, release burdens, and welcome transformation.

Without intention, experiences can feel random.
With intention, every moment becomes meaningful — even the challenging ones.

Minsan, people come into healing spaces hoping for instant answers.
But true healing doesn’t happen because of the ceremony alone.
