Through this walk, hospital leaders visited different departments to observe daily operations, interact with staff, identify potential risks or inefficiencies, and reinforce our commitment to continuous improvement.

The Gemba Walk focused on key areas such as patient flow, staff workload, safety practices, and process efficiency. Last ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, the hospital celebrated ๐‘๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐จ ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ƒ๐š๐ฒ, a Valentineโ€™s Day celebration that filled the workplace with warmth and appreciation. Employees proudly wore red attire, symbolizing their love for service that they continuously provide to patients and the community.

As a sweet gesture of gratitude, heart-shaped cookies were distributed to employees by the hospital administration, headed by the President and CEO, as tokens of appreciation for their hard work and unwavering commitment to the hospitalโ€™s mission.
